The location was fab, near the cathedral and the volcanos, good restaurants and bars, and the main square across from the cathedral. There was a terrace restaurant nearby. Enjoyed the way our spotless and unique junior suite with comfy bed good bathroom was arranged...

The stay was fantastic, especially the breakfast on the rooftop with stunning views of the Plaza de Armas. We loved the traditional decoration in our room, which added a cozy feel to our experience. The location is unbeatable, allowing easy access to nearby attractions like the Church of La Merced, just a short stroll away. Every morning, we would start our day with a delicious breakfast, watching the sunlight reflect off the beautiful cathedral.

Terrific hotel with exceptional view especially at sunset, top-notch restaurant. Luxurious and large room, super bed and pillows. A mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and an individual safe were nice. Great and perfect location, right at Church of San Agustin. Walking distance to local markets and a market across the street.

The breakfast was killer! Got gluten-free bread just because I mentioned it. Staff was super chill and helpful. Victor at the door was always around. Room was spacious and cozy with a dope view of the plaza. Can't believe how close it was to everything-perfect spot for exploring. The rooftop dining? Unbeatable.

We stayed in a Beautiful Twin Room and enjoyed the amazing rooftop restaurant views of the Plaza de Armas while feasting on freshly prepared breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us settle in with our four young kids.
My wife thinks better soundproofing would help families with children.

The location right on the main square offers fine views, particularly from the rooftop bar where I enjoyed the sunset. The staff were attentive, and the creative salads I tried at dinner were good. The room's ventilation was lacking, a bit stuffy at times. Breakfast options were limited, and the atmosphere could use some improvement in the dining area.
